Lead Developer

You will be responsible for leading the engineering of features and functionality across multiple Drupal-based projects. If you're a proven coder, comfortable with the Linux command line, possess a strong understanding of all levels of the LAMP stack, and are well versed in web development best practices, we'd like to talk to you. You must be a great communicator, well organized and enjoy working with other people. Bonus points for Drupal expertise and speaking Spanish.

Most all our work is based on Drupal, the leading open source CMS, and so we place a high value on Drupal-specific experience. However, the skilled technologists we're looking for will have the opportunity to pick it up quickly, and so need not necessarily have this experience in the door.

Lead Designer

You will be responsible for imagining and producing stellar designs and user experiences for our websites and products. If you're a top notch designer, proficient with Photoshop and related tools, know how to produce thoughtful information architectures and have an expert understanding of designing for the web, we'd like to talk to you. You must be a great communicator, well organized and enjoy working with other people. Bonus points for Drupal expertise, XHTML/CSS/JS know-how and speaking Spanish.
