Service & Support Plans

We offer Service & Support plans which let us offer discounted hours for time anticipated and purchased in advance. Plans must be purchased quarterly and hours must be used within each month. Time that is required beyond what a plan allots is billed at our standard rate.

Service & Support plans cover the following:

  • Training and general support
  • Content formatting and related issues
  • Bug fixes and related improvements
  • Direct support to your users
  • Proactive monitoring, maintenance and security resolution
  • Small tasks outside of the scope of a project, at our sole discretion
  • The responsiveness of a team assigned to your project

The following plan prices are per month, and are paid quarterly.

  • Up to 2 hours, $250 (save up to $50 a month)
  • Up to 5 hours, $500 (save up to $250 a month)
  • Up to 10 hours, $900 (save up to $600 a month)

We can tailor a plan for you should you require more than 10 hours a month on a consistent basis.
